:( I just bought a new used Armscor .45 G.I. pistol (alright, purists I know it ain^t a Colt). I am an embarrased ole duffer, in the 1950^s I toted and shot
and cleaned one of these all over the place. I started to dissemble, and could
not get it apart. Anybody know web site where I can get instructions. I thought
this was something I would never forget, but I have. Sigh---

Hey, no need to be embarrassed. We all tend to forget skills we don't use for awhile. And you are around friends here, so no sweat. We just try to help each other. :D

BTW..... mine is an SA 1911. Shoots just fine. Doesn't have to be a Colt to be enjoyable and useful. So please enjoy yours.

Try these two sites. They are for EVERYTHING 1911:

Good luck,
