I have a Springfield action including the bolt, trigger and floorplate that is in excellent shape. It looks grey to me and the serial number is high enough that it is suitable for sporterizing or rebuilding a 03.
The only thing about it that is not standard is the follower has been ground off in the back so that the bolt will close when it is empty.
Also it is a "pederson" model with the slot in the left receiver wall.
Serial number is 1042XXX and it says Springfield armory model 1903 mark I
What is something like this worth?
