I've had this one built for almost three years now. It's killed Texas turkeys and many a paper target.

1. Entreprise Type 3 receiver (no carry handle cut).
2. R1 parts kit (Wholesale Gun).
3. Tapco U.S. furniture parts kit (STG-58), U.S. muzzle break, U.S. stainless gas piston, U.S. aluminum cocking handle.
4. Inch bolt carrier (It's the cool one with the sand cuts).

Other mods:
1. Teflon tape around the gas tube where it screws into the gas block for reliability.
2. Barrle cut to 17.5".

It's definately a truck gun..... But I love it. It's got alot of Krylon on it....And still pumps 'em out, accurate too (fist sized prints @ 100 yards with FMJ's).

Very nice. Like that shorter barrel.

Thanks. I cut it to 17" with a hack saw then wallered out the threads on that tapco muzzle break and pinned it to the end. Works for me.

Are you sure that it's an Entreprise Type 3 receiver and not an Imbel Type 3? Up until this past year, Entreprise did not make a Type 3 but they did sell the Imbel Type 3.

I've seen Imbel Type 3's. This one doesn't have any markings whatsoever to lead me to believe that it is an Imbel. It says Entreprise Arms STG-58C on one side and the serial number on the other side.... I bought it back in 2001. It was sold to me as an American made product so that's what I'm gonna go with dude...
