RIA .45 Auto.

Hello everyone. Does anyone have any experance with the rock island armory .45 auto. The company manufactures quiet a variety of M1911 clones. The one that I am interested in purchasing is the full ss model. The reviews that I have read so far have been generally positive. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Give me some money and a new gun and I will be hypocritical enough to write any thing you want!! If it is one of the Phillipine (Armscor) guns I am not impressed with anything but the price.

daddy d, you might get more answers if you posted in the Colt Gov board. They deal with 1911's over there. Also check out 1911 (http://www.1911forum.com) there they have a threads on a each clone and I saw R.I.A. as board. I used that forum to check out about the Springfield GI 1911 ( ended up buying one, they are great!) :usa:
