and here's the one that gets made fun of. My girlfriend kept giving me a bad time that she wanted a purple rifle, what type didn't matter, all that mattered was purple.. A trip to the guy that powdercoats my rifles fixed her right up, this was built out of spare parts for her, the bummer is that even though it was thrown together, the thing shoots real tight groups. I haven't figured that out other than maybe the color purple affects accuracy :D

the stocks on the twins are the Turner Custom Barracudas.. very cool stocks..

here's a pic of the one I just put together last weekend. One of the guys on RFC made me the barrel, it turned out beautiful, and another stock painted by me..

thats a great collection you have there stratcat. what do you paint the stocks with? especially that last picture with the sparkley paint..that looks incredible. also, what do you use to clear-coat the stocks after painting them? very nice collection!

man, i don't know what to say. you have some fabulous 10/22's. i am a hot rodder from the sixties so the metal flake and flames are real killer. everyone of them is a master piece IMHO! :eek:

Those are some beautiful rifles. I see that you have a VQ stabilizer module on one of the "twins". How do you like it? dose it help?

well, I've made some changes to the rifles here..

the one with the THM barrel that was in the Fajen, it went into a McMillan stock..

the one on the Turner Customs bench stock, it went into another McMillan stock..

then the urge to get a 10/22 mag hit me, so I picked up a VQ 10/22 mag with a McMillan stock (the black/yellow one)

overall, I'm very happy with the McMillan stocks.. I think I found a little bit of heaven..
