The worst thing about this guy is that he is probably a lawyer by now. I guess he needed to get a head start in BS or Barrister Scathology.

Check out the domain where his website is located. Japanese. Kind of ironic when you consider Japan's laws.
There are no search and seisure laws in Japan. Search warrants? No such thing. Additionally, Japanese police have a 90%+ success rate in obtaining confessions from suspects, and are not legally responsible for the well being of people in police custody.
Do the math on that one.
