Can a person still find 357 and 30 herrett ammo? I know you can roll your own but I would have to come up with the stuff to do that too.I wondered if a company out there made a little ammo in some of the wildcats.I would only want enough to shoot a deer now and then.I can plink with another barrel. ;) Also someone asked me if TC still has the hot shot cartridges. I don't know anything about them.

To my knowledge the .30 Herrett / .357 Herrett Cartridges have never been anything but a Handloading Option. I have never heard of anyone ever offering Factory Ammo for these cartridges.

NO the Hot Shots are not available anylonger, they were replaced with the .45 Colt / .410 Shotshell barrels many years ago. However there are some .357 / .44 Hot Shots to be found used from time to time.

Both of those are wildcat cartriges and you will NEVER find factory ammo for those, they are do it your self rounds :sniper:

A good reloading out fit will cost you around 150.00 including dies
a single stage press , scales, and dies
