Really makes you think twice about the intelligence or lack there of, of the police and the other law enforcement agencies. Something of this sort happened to me a few weeks ago. Only I was driving home from dropping off some rented movies at the local Hollywood video store. I was pulled over by a police car at around 10 o'clock at night. The officer asked for my liscence, registration, proof of insurance. After giving him all this and him asking me if I'd ever been in trouble before. Which I told him-that back in the 1980's I had a few misdemeanor's, But had been in no trouble since then. He went back to his car called in all my info and waited to see if I had any outstanding warrents and the like. During this time I noticed he had called for back up. Two more cars arrived. He then came back to the car and told me that since I was wearing a Ruger ball cap and had an N.R.A. sticker on my car that he needed to search my vehicle. So me being on the side of law and order said that I did'nt mind if he searched my car. He then did and of course found nothing. Honestly do you think if I was a bad guy I'd be wearing a gun manufacturers cap and have NRA stickers on my vehicle? Proudly announcing come get me! Oh by the way he never even looked in the trunk of the car.....go figure.
Thanks Mr.Brenneke. Got me torqued! As most of us know however thats where we are! God fearing, true blue, freedom loving American citizens now nearly strangers in our own land. Inevitable and sad.

I've seen many local officers who look down on gun owners and the NRA lose their jobs due to some kind of misconduct on the job. A lack of respect for our gun rights is indicative of a lack of respect for our other rights.

Its indicative of murderous tyranny behind the badge. These people forget that they are people and that one day, they will be, in their eyes, nothing once again. A citizen.
Making enemies towards the day you retire is foolish. :D

:o
lil al unser III got busted today, cop said his eyes were dilated, if that is probable cause, then don't get an eye exam.
they will use any lame excuse to screw with you. now that asscroft has declared open season on the public you will hear a lot more of these stories. hell you might be the subject. they will start shooting us and asking questions later like ruby ridge all over again. <_<
i carry printed federal regs on my guns that are modified and, or have hi-cap mags. the documents are in the gun case with each weapon. ;)
Enjoy the Holidays while you still can. next year you might be in a detention center. :(
Dang swill, you got that right. Its coming ever closer. We can all feel it I think. The corruption that is greed. Thats what will bring us to it. The greed of the left, the greed of the right and we the people in the middle. Squeezed. How much longer will the free exchange of ideas be "safe", much less allowed?
People are lining up willing to give up liberty and freedom just to have the "aura" of safety. Look at how people are willing to sue, make laws to keep them from themselves and such. American citizens are photo'd an average of 7 times a day by outside cameras in day to day life. <_< Sheeple talk on a uprising if the Goverment gets stronger, but they will lay down rather than give up a tv remote or a latte. We are heading down a well traveled road towards fascism, sheeple bahing as they lose rights, just as long as they can sit on their fat butts and pour another latte while watching american idol survivor joe millionaire crap. Just my 2 cents. :usa: :usa: :usa: :usa: :usa: :usa: :usa: :usa: :usa: :usa: :usa:

Sigh. I can't wait....
Gimme 10 years to strike it rich and buy my own little island. Declare myself my own country. Then you all can come live there and not have to put up with this crap. We might be a small country, but we'll certainly be well armed at least. :)
