i just bought a new edition V sierra manual and shortly thereafter i found some new barnes .458 cal 250 gr "X" bullets (solid copper) and some 300 gr semi-spitzers. i want to load for a modern level 3, 45-70.
well, the new sierra manual does not have a 250 gr .458 or a 300 gr spitzer. most of the manuals have a 300 gr FNHP which i could guesstamate a load for. i can not afford $40 more for a new barnes manual just to get 2 loads.
can anyone help me get the data i need? any help would be greatly appreciated!
