Scoring Question for custom class

I keep looking at Carni's Oct. target.
The title calls it a seventy but as best as I can tell he only missed four bulls. Doesn't that make an eithty? This is making me confused. I thought I understood the scoring until I read that target was a seventy. Thanks for help.

I did actually miss six bulls. Pictures can be decieving. Its my fault , i'm sorry. I usually scan in my target with a backing sheet of paper to make the holes stand out but i was unable to do that this time. Two of the misses were very very close. This month I will have my target scanned with a backer so you can see it more clearly. Sorry for the confusion. -Carnifex :sniper:
