I have no idea, BUT I have a Kimber Custom Target and I've used the McCormick 8 Round mags for years with zero problems

Kimber sells magazines for their guns on their website.

McCormick makes Kimber's mags. or Kimber makes them under license using McCormicks patent. :rapid:

Depends on when it was purchased, some come with 8rnd McCormick or Metal form mags (made in Italy). I've even bought a Kimber (gov't) with a seven rnd. mag (unk. maker). Most likely though all the latest have the McCormick mags.......Don't use these in aluminum frames though cause they leave a nasty gouge from the follower moving foward with the last rnd. Wilson and metalform use a rounded follower if you want to prevent this.

+1 on the CM 8rd magazines. I use them (have 5) and they all have functioned flawlessly. My 1991A1 doesn't seem fussy as far a ammunition as it has never FTF, FTE no matter what I fed it. I reload almost exclusively ( actually exclusively). National Bullets 200gr lsw.
