I found a Cobra AK red dot sight with Ak side rail mount at Joeken Arms for a decent price($139.99).When I placed the order last week they told me that they would have them by the end of last week and would not charge my credit card til they got them in.I saw that they charged my card on 9-2 and thought they had sent it out.I called them today to find out what the deal was and they told me that it was on back order for another 3 weeks.That's funny I thought my card would not be charged til shipment.I asked them why they told me that my card would not be charged and they kept passing me around from person to person putting me on hold.Finally a lady came on and asked me for my information and order number.This was the 4th time I said the order number and my name and she said she needed it to find my order(is it lost?).Then she says they will send me a check.I demanded that my card be credited and she tells me she can't do it til tomorrow.I know already I will have to call them back and remind them to do it.I can't help but feel cheated and lied to.Do they treat all theior customer's like this?How can you bluntly lie to your customers and take their money knowing dam well you wont have the product for another month or 2?I am bitterly disgusted with Joeken's business etiquette and will not be doing business with them again.Has anyone else dealt with Joeken and got this kind of treatment as well?Let me know about it please. :sniper:

Sorry 'bout your probs w/ joeken, but that seems to be the norm with these clowns. They sing a good song and that's it! I ordered a SAR-2 that they told me on the phone was in stock. I then ordered mags and ammo from other suppliers. I had both for 4 weeks before the rifle. After many calls and threats I finally got it. I will NEVER place an order with these people again. You and I are not even close to being the 1st to have probs with JoeKen. Ck out then joeken forum on ak-47

Go down to the wasr10 post for more info on joeken. Also if you want a cobra, go to freedom optics. I got mine in 3 days from NY to WA. He gives a 5 o/o discount to gunsnet members and Yuri is FAST with no BS

Also, I'd rethink the Cobra......I found mine to be "mattell'ish" if you know what I mean. Go with an ATN holosite.

You mean "JOEKING" Firearms??? Go ahead and start the Dispute Resolution process with your credit card company now, because you will never A. see Your Kobra nor B. Your money credited back. These guys are rip-offs, plain and simple. Everything they "have" will be in stock in "just a few weeks!!"

I've never ordered from them, and don't believe I'd take the chance because of bad press. K VAR's been good also Global Trades, Tapco, FAC and a few others I've delt with.

I have a couple Kobra sights and they are quite rugged. I'd trust them in a SHTF scenario.

I have a gen1+ kobra and would not trade it for a ATN anything! This is first gen improved a very rugged sight indeed. It does seem that Joeken charges befor shipping...and then says i'm sorry <_< .

Has anyone had any experience with www.akoptics.com (also dba: www.freedomoptics.com)? I've been considering purchasing from them, as they have a pretty wide variety of AK optics and tactical lights.

Yuri at Freedom Optics is the fastest / no BS vendor I've ever delt with. It was a pleasure doing business with him. Got my Kobra in 3 days to Washington. Was always fast to answer all e-mails.

The people at Joekan are total "A" HOLES they are rude and very unprofessional. I ordered an item which they said was in stock, after two weeks no package had arrived. So I called and their new story was they were gettin the item within three weeks. I then went on line to checked my credit card and BEHOLD ! I was charged for the item. I called back and canceled the order and there responce was "next time go Walmart" and they said they will never sell to me again.
I need Joekan like I need a hole in my head.
Please tell everyone about their quality of service and maybe they will get the hint.
I am still watching for my credit, I may have to turn this over to my credit card company.

About 10 months ago I ordered a mag from them. I got it in about a week.

But it seems like lately I have been reading nothing but bad stuff about them. I don't think that I would trust my money with them anymore. There are to many other places to get stuff from to have to worry if I am going to get ripped off.
