Alrighty guys. I raised the bar a little bit for yall. Best group of .158'' Still needs some work though. I got a flyer or two on most of the targets. A little better stock fitting and bedding is required so that i can get rid of those. My goal this month is to win both the 10/22 contest and both mini 14 contests :P You guys better get out there and start shooting! Only two entries for this month. Oboy I hope the wind is calm at the range tomorrow. That is some fine shooting carnifex. What kinda ammo are you shooten?

Thanks for the compliments. I was shooting Fedral Ultra Match. I also shot a target with dynapoints and that one was pretty good too. Its hard to get dynapoints at the local walmart. If they have any they are usually in the 50 rd. boxes and they only have like 3 boxes :( . My friend recomended the Fedral as that is what his team shoots almost exclusivly along with a little bit of Wolf MT. For the price though I think i'll stick with the dynapoints.
So much shooting to get done with so little time. I have to shoot targets for 5 different online matches. I dont know what i'm gonna do when school starts :unsure: Ok, enough babbling. Good luck to yall -Carnifex

Well Carni, today is what? The 25th? The end of the month is getting closer and closer, and no new entries. Looks like you blew everybody out of the water! :D

I'm hoping to get out to the range one more time before the month is up and try out some new (at least to my gun) ammo, since I wasn't able to get any Federal Ultra Match lately. I read on Ammoman.com that Federal is no longer making the Ultra Match, is that right? Has anybody heard anything about that?

Hmmm... not shure about them not making it any more. I checked their website and its still listed if that means anything. Its a shame if they arnt, its great ammo. My friend has about 5,000 rounds of that stuff left so he let me have a box. I have some Wolf Match Target on the way also. The wolf is much cheaper than the federal, $2 a box vs. $12 hmm... I want to give some of that Eley Tenex ammo a try but thats damn pricey too. I was at wally world the other day and like usual they had no Dynapoints :( So I bought a box of the bulk federal because i was running low and needed some practice ammo. I thought the federal might be good but jeez i could only get like 1'' groups at 50 yards with that stuff. School is starting soon and I got Golf practice so I dunno how much shooting i'm going to be able to get in next month :( Well, happy shooting everyone -Carnifex :beer:

Carni, The Dynapoints are carried by K-mart, and only K-mart, not Walmart.

Well i'll be damned. Those stupid marts with the same names. I dont have a k-mart anywhere :( My walmart carries Dynapoint Magnums and they did have a few boxes or Dynapoint 22lr's a long time ago but i bought those up. Hmm... poop... might have to call them today about that.
