[Sniper]

I just picked up a Remington 541x from someone. It's still in the box, never fired. I have a 541s and thought this might be a good buy for only $300. Anyone know anything about this?

They were originally part of the Civilian Marksmanship Program, and then later
sold to the public. If you got a NIB rifle for $300, then I would say you got a whale of a deal. They normally go for around $575-700.
