To all gun owners of PerfectUnion,

In the last 3 days, I've read Bill Lockyer's comments about Walmart selling guns to felons, selling guns without approved safety devices, and delivering guns to legal applicants before the 10 day waiting period. He says there are over 500 violations. Bill Lockyer is Kalifornia's Attorney General.

I've read the NRA response. Our valiant NRA says it's probably only limited to only one store.

I've read KEEP AND BEAR ARMS response. It was posted the same day as the news hit and it properly put the anti-gun agenda into focus. KABA deserves high praise for publishing the obvious. Kalifornia's gun laws are illegal and are superceded by the US Constitution and the Bill Of Rights.

I know nothing of the details of the alleged violations that Lockyer is NOT PROSECUTING. He's not prosecuting individuals that work at Walmart, managers of Walmart stores, or anybody. He IS pressuring Walmart management to stop gun sales in Kalifornia.

My supposition is: This is both a publicity stunt and another attempt to take guns out of department stores. I'll bet he doesn't have a prosecutable case, since the so-called violations are nuances on how the law is interpreted. For example, I've had one or two gun dealers release a gun to me on the 10th day after I signed the paperwork without regard for hour and minute of purchase, and I've had other dealers tell me explicitly to pick it up after the hour and minute that I purchased it on the 10th day!

Lockyer is rejuvenating the anti-gun war in Kalifornia. Today, I read that NY politicians are forcing Walmart to stop selling toy guns!

Our anti-gun enemy is mobilizing! Get the word out!

This news arrives just in time to demand that OUR Senators protect OUR gun industry from trial lawyer blackmail! The US House of Representatives just passed a bill to protect firearms manufacturers from frivolous lawsuits.

I suggest that all PerfectUnion members write their Senator on this issue. Some Senators respond to their constituent's letters. My Senator, Dianne Feinstein, responds that we should "agree to disagree." Bullfeathers! Kalifornia Senator Dianne Feinstein does not represent myself and many, many other Californians!

For those of you who don't know about the grandmotherly figure of Dianne Feinstein, she is a Socialist and elitist. It is her top agenda to take away our guns, as she has boldly and publicly announced every time she introduces an anti-gun bill in the Senate.

Kalifornia Senator Dianne Feinstein and her husband are a Billionaire Businessman/Politician consortium. Yes, politics are business where they are concerned. She is a leader in trade arrangements and political priviledges for China. Her husband makes big, big money on her political prowess. What a team!

The only way to counter stuff like this is for people to call walmart and complain / threaten not to shop at walmart until they come to their senses and re-instate gun sales. Crap like new york banning toy guns will just get worse in other places as the gun-grabbers continue their jihad.

Call walmart and complain
