Finally got my garand today.Its the Springfield limited-edition rifle and it is a beauty.Well worth the wait.Got to pick up a chamber brush and I'm ready to go.:) :usa:

i want one as well but coming from New Zealand they are very hard to come by and quite expensive as now military rifle imports have been banned

Don't know why they call it a limited-edition except that maybe they are only going to make so many of them.Mine has a new barrel,new stock,and new trigger group.All other are U.S.G.I. Mil-spec.Good looking rifle and comes with life-time warranty.Good trhing,as I had to send mine back for repairs already.Won't accept the clips right and won't feed 1st bullet into chamber right.I contacted them and they advised to return for repairs.Wii post when it comes back from repair shop.
