Sight Mount Modification

I decided not to put a scope on my Ranch rifle. In order to remove the bolt for cleaning, I would have to take off the scope.

I took off the rear sight and made a weaver mount out of an old piece of scrap aluminum.

Thats ingenuity! Is that a halographic sight?

I know what ya mean about removing the bolt with the scope on. Then ya have ta resight it. So I just remove mine once a year to give it an overall good cleaning. I clean my bore after shooting to keep the copper from building up.
