I had my Dealer on the waiting list to get the New Model Single Six in .32H&R Mag.I finally got it and am very pleased it has what Ruger calls Super Stainless finish,(you can actually see your reflection in it)and simulated Ivory grips.I was going to buy ammo at the shop and he said he had sold the last two boxes he had.I found two boxes of Federal's at another store.I have looked through every sales catalog I get and cant find any shells.Ive also checked on the net, even with the Ammo Man and cant find any.I've checked all ammo manufactures on the Internet and cant find any.I dont know if I can ever make my self shoot the gun,but I would like to have some more ammo on hand. Can someone give me any information where I can find .32 H&R Mag ammo?

Thanks in Advance !!:usa:

www.cheaperthandirt.com (http://www.cheaperthandirt.com) has 32H&R but I am not sure if that is the magnum cartridge. Sounds like a easy caliber to reload. Hard to imagine someone actually took the time at the factory to polish the finish on that. They were probably shown the door.

Thanks!!

I finally rounded up several boxes, and their all Federal.Ive been told that Federal is the only company makeing ammo for the round.I was told Black Hills made it but its not on their web site.I figure with cowboy action shooting becomeing more common some other Manufactures will make the cartridge.

I have a birdshead 32 mag. and one like yours in case-blue. Love to shoot this guns. The birdshead shoots like a dream.I use 90grain blackhills cowboyammo. FEDERAL 85 grain is a good hot load but is expensive.

Until you can locate your .32 Magnum rounds, you can substitute ANY .32 Revolver round. It'd be like putting .38 Specials into a .357 Magnum revolver.

Georgia Arms makes .32 magnum ammo. I use their 100 gr JHP thats rated at 1100 fps. Last time I ordered it was $11.50 per 50 rounds. Lloyd

That 32 birdshead single six is a great little gun. Feels good in your hand with perfect balance.
