Need opinion on sp1.

A dealer has a Colt sp1 for sale, bayonet lug, 3 prong flash hider, 20" bbl. He is asking 1,500.00 for the rifle. won't lower the price at all. Is this a fair price, or should I pass this one by ?

the old SP 1 goes for between $1200.00-1500.00 at shows around me. $1500.00 it better be like new IMHO.
