.243 loads?

One of my hunting partners' son is hunting with a Winchester M70 featherlite in .243 and asked me to work something up for his son. He bought me a set of dies and offered to buy all the components.

Anybody have any pet loads for the .243 for whitetails? - not varmint loads.

I may go with 100gr GameKings like with my .25-06.

100gr hornady soft points with 36.5grs. imr 4064will shoot 5 shot groups you can cover with a dime at 100yds. 95gr. nosler with 40.5grs imr 4350 will do the same. the .243 seems to really like these powders. hope this helps. :usa:
