endblock ejects with some shells....what the ???

sometimes it will eject the clip with some shells sometimes it wont. all the clips are new.. any ideas? t i a

My buddy is a former Army weapons repairman, he says that
1- The timing is off.
2-their may be somthing wrong with your op-rod
3- it is normaly caused by not being thourly cleaned

Update: cleaning, the external clip release latch/spring can get crudded up and need to be stripped down ceaned and lubed. Typical symptoms are that the first few rounds run OK, than the enblok clip w/ remaining rounds eject due to the sticking latch, reduced pressure on the ammo stack, cyclic vibration combination.
A thourgh stripdown and cleaning of the receiver is indicated.
