I heard some talk about this is there any stripper clips where you can load your empty mag inside the mag well?

That would be tough without an integrated stripper clip guide.

The original M14 rifle has one, but the Mini does not.

The stripper guides that work OUTSIDE the magwell fit external to the magazine, so they won't work through the open oprod/bolt opening.
