should make an interesting rifle. I thought Armalite was going to do the short magnum? Well I'm sure theres a market for these. I bought the standard Eagle Arms rifle in 308. It Broke the bolt hold open in 40 rounds. I've replaced the part but have'nt shot the rifle since. I have a SS 24'' Armalite in 308 (bought it used) barrel sitting here waiting for Gunsmoke in Fla. to get some flattop uppers. I think it should be a fair shooter when finished.
