Has anyone seen low-light/night front sight blades for the M-14/M1A?

I remember they had them for the M-16 years ago which consisted of tritium inserts in the front sight post. They never really were that effective, but we only used them in the black of night and found tracers to be more effective anyway. But, since tracers don't grow on trees and since I'm the one responsible for paying for a new barrel.....

I suppose it would be easy to make one for the M-14 but was wondering if anyone had seen any aftermarket ones.

I spent years looking for the same thing, never found any. I just mounted a high quality scope for low light, night time shooting and have been perfectly happy since.
