I've been lurking here o and off, I do most of my posting in the Mini forum, but here is my S&W MP15 with some mods, I put on a modded UTG Quad rail handguard in the front end, I had to mod the hand guard cause I installed a Adams Arms piston conversion, YH sling point for the front to use a Bi-pod, Promag handle, YH single point adapter. The scope mount is also UTG with seethru, the scope is a Timberline with side focus and BDC 4X12X40, and the EO Tech is a 517. The scope is set at 100 yds for the sight in and I thik is has a nice group now.

Nice looking rifle, and I see what your doing there - you are swapping the Bushnell and the BSA Holo sight between your mini-30 and your AR-15, good idea.

That S&W MP15, is that a piston system?

Well actually each rifle has it's own Scope, The AR has a Timberline Tactical 4X12X40, and an EOTech 517 Holo, the Mini has a 3X9X40 Bushnell Banner, and a BSA Pano sight with green and red reticle on Weaver mounts so all I have to do is install one adapter on the Mini 30 and I can swap the 2 back and forth still keeping zero. Each of my rifles (AR, AK, Mini 14 and 30) have their own optic setup (scopes and Holos) this way there is no confusion. The Mini 30 has Weaver side mounts, the Mini 14 has B-Square side mounts, the AR has the scope always mounted on the Carry handle with seethru rail, and the EO Tech 517 is my standard sight that is usually mounted on it, the AK has 2 QD side mounts for scope and Holo. I did a piston conversion on the S&W, it was originaly gas operated, it runs much cooler now and alot easier to clean.

just got rid of my mini 14 an got my first AR Sig M400, seams to be a extremly good gun an very accurate. anybody no much about that model please reply. thanks

Sweet looking set up you got. I just picked my S&W M&P Sport up about a week ago. I did do a few things to help it beef up some.

To hear an AR guy say that brings tears to my eyes lol. I've watched it grow up over the past months. On a serious note, when someone say's nice setup or rifle its a true compiment.
