It IS the BORDER Patrol's problem, along with the BATFE's. There is no need to legislate US Citizens further... what these "straw purchasers" are doing is already illegal. Enforcement of existing laws would solve the problem... and that is what I.C.E., BATFE, and BORDER Patrol are tasked with.

BTW, please define "boarder" for me, unless you meant it in piratical terms, in which case, I got it.
