I do not think its the Boarder Patrols problem, they do allot just trying to keep illegals and drugs from coming into our country, let alone being worried about whats leaving . Im all for buying as many guns as you please in whatever time period, but there are loop holes that get exploited by Gun Runners that the ATF should be looking into.
