I think in Virginia there is not a problem with buying multiple guns but I have seen first hand why it should be a law in other states like Mexican Boarder States. I was at a gun show in Arizona and saw a couple of young Hispanic women buying several AR-15 clones with cash. I later asked the guy selling them, and he said these are people who are legal US citizens legally buying guns, but they take them accross the boarder to resell them or were buying them for someone across the boarder. He said he wishes it could be stopped but if he did not sell them, someone else would because these people do not worry about the price.
