First kill
Here's my first elk (or any game animal, for that matter) taken in McCall, ID this last october.
The rifle is a .340 Weatherby with a 5-22x50mm Nightforce.
The range was 953 yards. He crumpled after one shot  the clearing visible directly over my head (i'm on the right) is where I shot him from. Yes, there was a witness!
