Shot two toms last weekend. There were 5 together, which I could have shot all of them with one shot they we so close. I have never seen 5 toms all together damn near on top of each other.
I ended up shooting two of them with the 835 ultra mag shooting 3-1/2in Nitro turkey rounds.
First one had an 8in beard with 1-1/2in spurs and the other had a 11in beard with 2-1/2in spurs.





I don't deer hunt much anymore, but when I do, I only shoot large bucs. I let so many walk last year it's not funny. Finally had the big buck come in, but he came in behind me and saw me move as I was watching the doe in the field. I turned around and caught a glimse, he was huge.
