Good input.

I actually ran some tests a long time ago. while the damper shaves a little, maybe 10% off group, it's a question whether this is a big enough difference at the range to justify the cost. I mean we're not talking benchrest rifles here, we're talking our handy beloved little carbines and trying to prove we can shoot under 2-inch groups like the AR guy at the next bench over. But we want to do it with mimimal financial impact, I know many folks are hurting in this economy, not many people can afford professional gunsmith services, but say a bolt-on accurizing strut for well under $100 bucks (not sure till I get my directors report). I'm leaning toward saving money and weight It might also allow gb models to install a strut by hogging out a slot at the top accomodate the bayo lug.


well, here's the plan. The short Socom version is already under way should be available in a month. The next order could be for the Accu-strut 3 undamped, and we should have the final price worked out by then.
