The first thing I noticed about this M39 was the amazing quality and craftsmanship of the stock. I prefer the post and globe type front sight, but that isn't the way these were made. The rear sight notch is tiny, probably to take advantage of the rifle's inherent accuracy. The barrel is 1941 Sako, receiver is 1897 Sestroryetsk.
