My pretty basic Stainless Colt Mk IV Series 80.The only after market part is the "Tick" mounting rail for the Insite Technologies SSG-1 light and the ambi extended safety.
Recently traded my Springer Milspec for a Kimber Pro Crimson Carry II. Over 1k through it and I couldn't be happier. (And yes, that's the muzzle of my new Mini to the bottom left. )
Just comparing the size and angles of the Perfect Shot to my Kimber.
If you're into video games, this is the best aftermarket device for the wii that I have ever seen. I have killed countless zombies with it in House of The Dead 2&3. The only dimension that is different is the grip. It is the width of a double-stack due to the slide actually fitting the wiimote in it.
The Pro-Carry is an excellent carry gun. I can conceal it under a t-shirt with an IWB holster. (I am only 160 lbs.) It is light enough to carry all day every day.
I got rid of my Colt Commander 9 mm and bought a Springfield Ultra Compact 1911 .45 about 10 years ago; it is the best handling handgun of the many I've owned and I thought it would be a good carry gun; now its too heavy (or I'm too old with too much arthritis) and I've given thought to a Beretta Cheetah .380 (fits my hand just as well as the SA Ultra, but weighs much less).

I switched to a revolver in 44 Special. Same basic ballistics with the same weight bullet, only slightly smaller in diameter.
40 years ago I had a S&W Post Office model revolver in .45 ACP (loaded with 2 half-moon clips); it had been worked over by a gunsmith for trigger smoothness, had a grip spacer, etc. It was light, pretty sweet, and I used it on patrol and to remove ground squirrels from grass airstrips. Sorry I sold that one.
